Job description, responsibilities and duties

You will be working on prototype-projects, with a wide variety of external clients and international teams in software development. The main responsibility is team coordination and control over the teams project plan. Our teams are located in Bratislava, Banská Bystrica, Žilina & Silicon Valley.

  • Collection, specification, and analysis of software requirements
  • Meetings with the customer. Creation of analysis documentation.
  • Communication with the development team.
  • Presentation, including an explanation of the solution.
  • Revision of the feasibility study.
  • Function specification and solution proposal.
  • Taking part in international projects.
  • Design of software products on the architecture level.
  • Taking part in designing a software product on the individual component level.
  • Defining the design „best practices“.
  • Pre-sale activities.
  • Active participation in realization team’s daily routine.

Requirements for the employee

Requirements

  • Min. 2 years of previous experience in driving software projects,
  • Fluent written and spoken English on a professional level
  • Permanent address max. 40km away from place of work
  • Fairness, friendliness & strictness – combined. You have to be an authority, have drive, dynamics and inner strenght & energy
  • Clean extract from the police records (no prior/active records)

Advantages
